why modernrelic...

I'm a bit of a tech junkie, and I'm all about creating websites using the latest web standards and best practices, HTML5 and CSS3. I strive for clean, fast and valid code, and I keep myself as up-to-date as possible. That's where the "modern" applies. As you can probably tell by the look of this site, I draw a lot of my design inspiration from retro pop-culture. I love design ranging from the early 1900s, through mid-century modern, to the mid-1970s, and everything in-between. That's where the "relic" comes from.

Although I have a definite retro sensibility, I'm not stuck there, and as you can see from my work, I'm quite comfortable with contemporary design as well. Basically, I do my best to give clients exactly what they're looking for.

As it says near the top of this site, I like to make cool stuff. What can I make for you?
